Co-Founder & Principal

Antonio Burns brings a history of team leadership, strategic planning, operational management, relationship development, construction, and negotiation to the group. His background and relationships within the finance industry will ensure the long-term viability and health of the organization. Antonio’s time in higher education has also allowed him to develop the requisite skills needed to manage a multi-dimensional operation.

Principal

Julian Bertrand is a proven executive with a significant background in strategic planning, concrete recycling, concrete ready-mix production, and finance. Julian was one of the founders of Speedy Readi-Mix LLC in the early 2000s which had a focus on rock crushing. During his tenure at Speedy, Julian was recognized for being the first African American to secure an industrial revenue bond which totaled $8M. Julian’s deep roots within the political realm, city and state departments, and major construction companies will be a significant benefit for the organization. He will be responsible for on the ground activities and strategizing future growth.
